ReArch had our annual Holiday Party at Vermont National Country Club this year on Friday, December 9th, 2022. Our events committee planned a casino-themed party and contracted with Alpine Amusement to bring in Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette tables, along with dealers to accommodate our group of 100+ people. Volunteers from the ReArch team gathered on Saturday, October 15th, at Shelburne Orchards to Pick Apples for our Neighbor. Our goal was to pick enough apples to fill up the bed of one of our ReArch trucks. Superintendent David Lothian volunteered his truck for the event, and we had it filled in about 30 minutes. For the third year in a row, ReArch Company hosted a ski & ride day for employees and their family members. The event was previously held at Sugarbush Resort for the past two years, but this year it was held at Stowe Mountain Resort. Movement Challenge 2021
Our Wellness Team organized another highly participated company-wide Movement Challenge that included all field and office staff. Employees were placed in small teams and asked to track their steps/movement for the entire month of September in a shared workbook that everyone could access. Together we logged a whopping 4,690,666 steps, which surpassed our 2020 challenge by almost 1 million steps! Wellness Team Hydration Challenge 2021
On July 12th, 2021, we started our company-wide Hydration Challenge organized by the ReArch Wellness team, which is comprised of the Director of Health, Safety & Risk Management-Holly LeClair, Controller-Mary Ann Wood, and Project Manager-Majken Poley. We had a beautiful fall day at Shelburne Orchards and our team picked 340 pounds of Honeycrisp apples for those facing hunger in Vermont. After picking, the Vermont Foodbank picks up all donated apples and disperses them to a statewide network of food shelves and meal sites. Atrium, NBC 5 & Kestrel Ribbon Cutting
We had a blast sponsoring the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce business after hours event on September 19th, 2019 which was held at Technology Park and featured the ribbon cutting ceremony for three projects that we completed this year, including their new atrium space, NBC 5 and Kestrel Coffee Roasters.
