We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the ReArch family, Stephen Jevons, who joins us as a foreman! Showcasing proficiency in a diverse range of carpentry and leadership skills, his oversight on ReArch job sites is an invaluable asset in the construction industry.
As a Foreman, Stephen is responsible for providing site support, scheduling, managing field staff, and oversight of job site documentation and safety protocol. He assists subcontractors with safety compliance and time management. He works closely with the superintendent to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Stephen’s most recent position as a lead carpenter/foreman with a prominent New Hampshire-based construction management company underscores his leadership and technical skills. Prior to this, he garnered extensive experience in residential construction, collaborating with various sole proprietors and LLCs over a span of more than a decade.
Currently, Stephen is enrolled in the Supervisor Certification program with the Associated Builders and Contractors of NH and VT, further enhancing his leadership capabilities and industry knowledge.
