We are delighted to announce that Andrew Hogan, Facilities Technician for ReArch Properties, has received his Facilities Management Certification from BOMI International. To receive his certificate, Andrew had to pass the following three courses; Fundamentals of Facilities Management, Design, Operation & Maintenance of Building Systems, Part 1 & Part 2.
After completing all courses, Andrew commented of the training, “The coursework made many aspects of my position tie into a larger, more comprehensive understanding, and has boosted my confidence within my role. I look forward to applying much of this into my work and to raise the professional standards of our team.”
