ReArch Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Jordan Royer to Marketing Manager and Heather Fontaine to Assistant Project Manager.
Marketing Manager
Jordan joined ReArch as a marketing coordinator in 2021. Since that time, he designed and standardized all job site signage and has done an excellent job coordinating with field staff. He has been instrumental in event planning, always going above and beyond and forging lasting partnerships with area business owners. In his new role as marketing manager, Jordan is an integral part of the team developing ReArch’s multimedia, graphic design, and brand-building initiatives. He also works alongside the business development team on the production of proposal materials. Jordan has excellent time management skills and is often called on to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. He brings innovative and creative ideas to the table, and we look forward to his continued growth.
Assistant Project Manager
Heather joined ReArch as a project engineer in November 2021. Since then, she has consistently leveraged her strong knowledge of MEP systems to help coordinate trades and identify issues early on. As an assistant project manager, Heather is involved from preconstruction through project completion. She manages documentation, including submittals and RFIs, and assist with developing and managing project budgets and schedules. Heather works closely with project managers and superintendents to deliver an exceptional construction experience for every owner.
