ReArch Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew MacKechnie from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent. In his new role, Andrew will coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve client goals and project requirements. He will focus on budgeting appropriately, communicating frequently and effectively with project team members, maintaining project schedules, and creating a safe job site. Andrew’s education and experience allow him to directly impact ReArch’s quality assurance process by identifying potential operational challenges and creating work processes to avoid or resolve them.
As a graduate of Vermont Technical College, with a B.S. in Sustainable Design and Technology – Green Buildings, as well as an A.S. in Construction Practice and Management, Andrew has utilized his education to become a leader on sustainable construction projects. He has contributed to our certified passive house projects’ success, and his excellent communication skills, calm demeanor, and positive attitude will make him very successful in his new role.
