We are pleased to announce the arrival of Heather Fontaine as a Project Engineer. Heather is responsible for ensuring project documents are maintained and communicated consistently. She maintains the project schedule by working with the project manager to control the flow of information from the design team to the field and back again. Her day-to-day responsibilities include contract administration, submittal review, document control, and assisting project managers with change management.
Heather has over a decade of experience in the construction industry on various projects throughout all design and construction phases. She has had extensive training in preparing as-built documentation, feasibility studies, and construction documents. Heather excels at outlining project schedules and deadlines and managing submittal reviews, shop drawings, and change orders.
Phil Biondo has been promoted from Estimator to Senior Estimator. As a Senior Estimator, Phil will be estimating ReArch’s large-scale and highly technical projects. He works in tandem with our President to produce estimates that represent ReArch’s cost-value services.
Phil has been with ReArch for over five years and is an integral member of the ReArch team. His attention to detail, complete estimates, and ability to present to the project owners have set him up for success in his new role. His experience and relationship with vendors, subcontractors, and our Project Management Team are invaluable to the estimating department’s advancement.
