ReArch is pleased to announce that Ben Scribner has joined our field team as a Foreman. Ben will provide onsite support for our projects. As a foreman, he oversees safety protocol. He works closely with the superintendent on various tasks and assists subcontractors with safety compliance and time management.
Ben grew up in the construction industry and started working as a laborer for his father. He most recently worked as a project manager for production housing in South Burlington, where he was responsible for delivering custom carriage homes from groundbreaking to closing in three months. Previously, he was the project manager for two 12-unit residential condominium complexes in South Burlington, VT, for SD Ireland.
ReArch would like to congratulate Jack Kehoe on his promotion to Project Engineer. Jack hit the ground running when he joined the Properties team in May 2022. He smoothly integrated a new state-of-the-art locking system throughout ReArch’s facilities while managing communications and expectations with tenants. Jack demonstrates positivism and a can-do attitude.
With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UVM, we are excited for Jack to apply his talents on the Construction side of ReArch. He will assist with submittal review and management, RFI management, and contract document updates.
