On Friday, October 13 Governor Phil Scott attended a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by G.S. Precision to officially open their newly renovated facility. This ceremony marks the completion of a 2 year, multi-phase construction management project for ReArch Company which consisted of two additions and a renovation totaling 34,382 square feet. Completed using New Market Tax Credit and Community Development Block Grant funding this project was as complex in paperwork as it was in construction. ReArch Company completed construction on the $12.5 million James and Mary Louise Carpenter Surgical Center located at Copley Hospital in Morrisvelle, Vermont. On June 22 ReArch Company began construction on the $20 million Williston Central School renovation project. The project team including Project Manager Mike Hollister, Site Superintendent Jim Hoag, Assistant PM Majken Poley, and Assistant Site Superintendent Cody Rowe are running 7 day a week operations to take advantage of summer vacation and keep this meticulously planned, 7 phase, schedule on track over the next 15 months.
