Giving back to our communities is an important part of ReArch’s corporate mission. This philosophy is reflected in our Mission Statement: ReArch will be a recognized and well respected leader in the project development and construction industry, through supporting our communities by being involved, engaged and philanthropic.
We encourage our employees to volunteer with local boards and/or commissions, help out at their community’s school, coach a youth sports team, or serve food at a local shelter to name a few examples. We also organize company-led events where we volunteer our time as a group to support an important cause in our community.
ReArch has committed to donating a substantial percentage of company profit each year to local charities and organizations that are working toward enhancing the lives of people in our communities.
ReArch’s philanthropic efforts are organized into three categories:
- Causes that the owners believe in personally, and have been supporting for many years
- Business Development focused donations, which are often clients
- Employee-driven donations to organizations and charities they recommend and/or support themselves
Each year ReArch sets aside funds for the employee-driven portion of ReArch’s philanthropy. Employees can submit requests and they will be evaluated using our submission and selection process.
