Technology Park secured several new tenants in their 30 Community Drive Building and in order to accommodate them, they worked with ReArch and Scott + Partners to design & create a new, 2,045 sf atrium/common space for building tenants, including seating and table space for Kestrel Coffee Roasters. ReArch Company worked closely with Keurig Green Mountain Data Center and Joseph Architects to transform approximately 12,000 SF of existing office space within 30 Community Drive into a Tier III+ data center.
