Introducing OnLogic’s cutting-edge headquarters, spanning 140,000 square feet within South Burlington’s Technology Park in Vermont. The manufacturer of rugged and industrial computers employs over 150 professionals. OnLogic’s new facility can accommodate the company’s projected growth for the next decade.

Designed to foster collaboration, the interior spaces of the new building facilitate teamwork and innovation. The layout encourages fluid movement and interaction throughout the building. Equipped with numerous conference rooms, meeting spaces, and cozy lounges, along with a vibrant full-service cafe, warehouse, production line, and offices, the building encourages a dynamic and productive work environment.

At the forefront of sustainability, this project boasts a 500kW roof-mounted solar array. The system covers a significant portion of the HVAC load and offsets the carbon footprint equivalent to 60 homes annually. A 200-ton geothermal heating and cooling system will reduce CO2 emissions by a remarkable 1,574,308 (estimated) pounds per year. Additionally, the foam glass gravel sub-slab insulation from Glavel Inc., delivers an 87% reduction in carbon emissions compared to traditional insulation methods. Complementing these green initiatives are 24 electric vehicle charging stations integrated into the grounds.

Equipped with a sophisticated building automation system, the facility optimizes energy consumption in real-time. It responds to both internal usage patterns and grid demands, making it capable of peak-shaving.
