A ski in/ski out mountainside custom home nestled amongst Switchback Lane, this custom home features high-end finishes, a custom infrared sauna, spa, steam room, outdoor recessed swim spa, hydronic radiant in-floor heat, as well as supplemental forced air heating and cooling. The home’s structure comprises structural steel, conventional wood framing, and glue-laminated timbers. The Construction team spent a significant amount of time on the foundation of the building, which required a soil nail system to support an existing 25-foot tall retaining wall. Inside the home, you will find the main staircase, which is a combination of structural steel and floating wood slabs
