Completed in 3 phases, this stunning pre-cast and brick, 54,500 sf, LEED Gold, Class A office building is home to Keurig Green Mountain.
Phase I included construction of infrastructure improvements including a new road and all utility feeds, the shell of the building and all of the landscaping. Careful attention was given to proper documentation to obtain a LEED Gold certification for the building’s core and shell.
The building was originally constructed on specification by the developer, so ReArch Company followed with Phase II core and shell fit-up including MEP work, elevator, and vestibule completed to LEED Gold standards.
Phase III included tenant fit-up of the entire 54,500 sf space for Keurig Green Mountain. Completion of a state-of-the-art conference center, administrative offices, and grand entry vestibule were done to LEED Gold standards allowing both the structure and tenant space to be certified.
