ReArch Company constructed the core and shell of this 56,373 sf office building that was built to achieve future LEED Certification, and was designed to accommodate any desired future layout requests, including multiple configuration options.
The building was designed with ease of operation in mind. A large 1,400 sf mechanical basement space was incorporated to allow sufficient space for the installation of the mechanical & electrical equipment, and for equipment servicing.
This energy efficient building consists of 11,912 sf of exterior glass that provides much desired natural light for building occupants, and also maximizes solar gain in the chilly winter months. It is the mirror image of 124 Technology Park Way, which is located adjacent to the building.
