Assistant Project Manager
Overview
As an assistant project manager, Ryan is involved and assists the project team from preconstruction through project completion. He manages documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. He assists with developing and managing project budgets and schedules by working to control the flow of information from the design team to the field and back again. Ryan works closely with project managers and superintendents to deliver an exceptional construction experience for every owner.
Experience
Ryan joins us with prior experience in estimating, subcontractor bidding, processing submittals, RFI’s, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout documents. Previously, he was a senior project engineer in the industry who managed private, state and federal projects.
Education
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College.
Background
A native of Vermont, Ryan is excited to be moving back to the area after living in Richmond, VA, since 2020. In his free time, Ryan enjoys fitness and bodybuilding, skiing, hiking, camping, and time with family and friends.
