Superintendent
Overview
As a Superintendent, Eric is responsible for managing all site activities, including quality control, schedule, and safety. Eric is responsible for directly communicating project progress with the architect, subcontractors, project manager, and owners to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to contract documents.
Since joining ReArch Company in 2015, Eric has served as Superintendent on the historic Waterbury Municipal Offices and existing library renovation, among other projects.
Experience
Eric has more than two decades of experience in commercial construction. He was previously employed for 14 years by Engleberth Construction, where he served as Assistant Superintendent. Eric worked on projects at Stratton Mountain Ski Resort, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital, as well as the McLaughlin Cluster in Hanover, New Hampshire, a 45 million dollar project that consisted of two four-story dormitory buildings.
Education
Eric graduated from Oxbow High School in Bradford, Vermont, has completed a 30-hour OSHA certification course, and is Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified.
