Superintendent
Overview
As a Superintendent, David coordinates with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve client goals and meet project requirements. He focuses on budgeting appropriately, communicating frequently and effectively with all project team members, maintaining project schedules, and creating a safe job site. David’s extensive experience allows him to directly impact ReArch’s quality assurance process by identifying potential operational challenges and creating work processes to avoid or resolve them.
Experience
David has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. He first started as a Carpenter, and in 1989, spent time rebuilding the St. Croix US Virgin Islands after hurricane Hugo caused over $11B in damage to the island. He has since been a Superintendent for over 30 years. David has extensive experience working for construction management firms and overseeing projects of varying sizes and complexity throughout New England.
Education
David graduated from Missisquoi Valley Union High School and attended Central Florida Community College, where he studied carpentry and classes in masonry.
Background
David and his wife live in Franklin, where together they spoil their dog. He has two grown sons. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking care of his lawn, hunting, woodworking, and hockey.
