Assistant Superintendent
Overview
As an Assistant Superintendent, Charlie works closely with the superintendent to manage onsite logistics and communication with the team. He establishes working relationships with subcontractors and provides them with direction and oversight. Charlie also takes a lead role in site safety to ensure all those on-site comply with ReArch Company safety policies and procedures. Assistant superintendents share the responsibility of delivering every project on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. Charlie oversees onsite activity to ensure that the onsite project team and partners maintain a standard of excellence.
Experience
Charlie brings extensive construction experience to ReArch Company. Prior to joining ReArch Charlie has worked throughout New England in project management and construction coordination roles, having management projects of linear utilities and roads, commercial industrial facilities, and hospitals.
Education
Charlie earned an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Building Engineering from Vermont Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Background
Charlie lives in southern Vermont where he enjoys fishing, hunting, gardening, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his family.
