Foreman
Overview
As a foreman, Ben provides onsite support and takes a lead role with job site documentation and safety protocol. He works closely with the superintendent to complete a variety of tasks and oversight of small teams. Ben assists subcontractors with safety compliance and time management.
Experience
Ben grew up in the construction industry and started out working as a laborer for his father. He most recently worked as a project manager for production housing in South Burlington, where he was responsible for delivering custom carriage homes from groundbreaking to closing in three months. In his previous role, he was the project manager for two light commercial residential twelve-unit condominiums in South Burlington, VT for SD Ireland.
Background
Ben resides in Duxbury, VT where he enjoys spending time with his three children and working on his property. Ben owns and operates a sugarhouse.
