Overview
Experience
As a superintendent, Adam leads the on-site construction team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully. He communicates and collaborates with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve client goals and meet project requirements. Adam is responsible for monitoring projects’ entire lifecycle, including managing the budget and schedule and implementing quality, health, and safety standards on site.
Adam has over ten years of industry experience. He began his career in construction working on Class A High-Rises in Boston, MA with project values over $100 million. Before joining ReArch, Adam worked on civil construction projects for the State of Vermont.
Education
Adam has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA and holds his 30-Hour OSHA card.
Background
Adam currently resides in Derby, Vermont. He enjoys golfing, deer hunting, and hanging out with his family and two bulldogs.
