ReArch Company was selected as the Construction Manager on this ARRA-funded medical clinic. Immediately upon selection, ReArch began providing schedule and value engineering services to successfully achieve non-negotiable federal funding milestones and recover a budget which was already $1.8M over the funding capabilities. Through a collaborative value engineering process, ReArch Company was able to save appx. $1.1 M on the redesign bringing the cost within budget without sacrificing the programming needs or project quality.
Completed in 2 phases, the Community Health Center of Burlington project features 35,700 sf of new mental health, medical, dental and administrative space as well as a two-story, 36,500 sf underground parking garage. Upon completion of the project, the center’s Executive Director, Jack Donnell,y provided ReArch with the following endorsement; “Without reservation I am pleased to say that hiring ReArch Company was the best and most important decision we made on this project.
