Battenkill Health Center

Project Description:

The Battenkill Valley Health Center project involved an extensive renovation to the existing medical facility. The project entailed adding four new dental suites within the same complex, providing a new office space, conference room and a teaching kitchen, all within the existing footprint. Additionally, an ADA compliant elevator was installed, and upgrades were preformed on all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. Exterior renovations included the replacement of all windows, doors, emergency egress stairways and siding. The exterior of the building was repainted, and we constructed a new stamped patio walkway and seating area. The Health Center was continually occupied throughout the project and remained operational.
