Superintendent
Overview
As a superintendent, Evan leads the on-site construction team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully. He communicates and collaborates with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve client goals and meet project requirements. Evan is responsible for monitoring projects for their entire lifecycle, including managing the budget and schedule, and implementing quality, health, and safety standards onsite.
Experience
Evan joins the field team with nearly a decade of industry experience working in New England. In his most recent position as a superintendent in Boston, he completed several projects over $15M. His construction experience spans across many industries, and he brings with him a strong project portfolio in multi-family housing, historic renovation, and healthcare facilities.
Education
Evan graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business.
