As a Superintendent Cody is responsible for managing all job-site activities, including quality control, scheduling and safety. He will be directly responsible for communicating project progress with the architect, subcontractors, project manager and to owners to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to contract documents. His previous experience working as a tradesman lends him the unique ability to understand the challenges subcontractors face, and in turn allows him to create a mutually beneficial solution.
Since joining ReArch in 2014, Cody has developed the leadership skills necessary to run multiple construction projects, including projects at the Hanover Co-op, Planet Fitness, Marathon Health, Northwestern Medical Center-Operating Rooms & Diagnostic Imaging, Community Health Centers of Burlington, Gallagher & Flynn, Williston Central School and most recently the Vermont Food Bank.
Cody has worked as a framer with several local Vermont subcontractors, including Dennis White Interior Contractors and with ReArch Company as a commercial construction employee. This experience has allowed him to develop his organizational and time management skills, as well as his carpentry skills, within the residential and commercial construction fields.
Cody attended Castleton University where he received a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Statistics. He has completed both 10- and 30-hour OSHA courses and obtained his CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
A native Vermonter, Cody recently moved to Ferrisburgh with his Fiance, Taylor, and their dog Xena. Cody is also an avid outdoorsman, spending most his time hunting, fishing, camping, or making maple syrup in the spring.
