Health & Safety Professional
At ReArch Company, safety is our top priority. We’re seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Professional to lead our efforts in maintaining, improving, and implementing health and safety standards, protocols, and procedures. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines. Your responsibilities will include advising on measures to minimize job site hazards, proactively identifying violations, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local health and safety regulations. This is a great opportunity for an emerging or seasoned safety professional. The starting salary for this position is $80-$125K, depending on experience. We welcome applicants for the position of Health & Safety Manager or Director, allowing us to match the role with the right candidate’s experience level.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in construction safety or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field is preferred. Certifications in occupational health and safety, First Aid and CPR, Safety Train-the-Trainer, CSP, or CHST certifications are all highly desirable. Knowledge of vertical building construction and experience on large construction sites, strong management and leadership skills, and working knowledge and experience with health and safety standards and regulations are required. This position may be based at our South Burlington headquarters or our satellite office in Lebanon, NH. Constant travel to our jobsites throughout Vermont and New Hampshire is required.
