Accountant & A/R Specialist
ReArch Company is seeking an Accountant & A/R Specialist to join our team. This role has diverse responsibilities and exposure to various accounting activities. Primarily, the role collaborates with Project and Property Managers to ensure Accounts Receivable invoices are created accurately and timely. Other responsibilities include applying cash receipts, following up on late payments, and resolving discrepancies. This role will also work with the other accounting team members to complete month-end reconciliations and reporting for the various entities. The salary range for this position is $65-$80K, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting with exposure to accounts receivable, job costing, and/or property management/leasing. An associate degree in accounting is required, while a bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent Excel skills are also necessary for this role.
