ReArch Company is thrilled to announce the hiring of Jim Gardner, CPE, LEED AP, as a senior estimator. Gardner will work out of the company’s office in Lebanon, NH.
Jim brings 40 years of estimating and construction expertise with project experience throughout New England. In his new role, Jim will provide leadership and guidance to the estimating department and work with the field teams to ensure that all services meet the client’s expectations and are consistent with ReArch standards. He will collaborate with the architect, engineers, and owner teams to understand the design intent, programming, and the full scope of work to estimate the project successfully. Jim’s expertise, comprehensive background, excellent communication, attention to detail, leadership, and time management will benefit ReArch’s team and our clients.
Before joining ReArch, Jim was a senior estimator with a construction management company where he worked on projects across multiple industries ranging from $5M to $80M. Jim has proven proficiency in all areas of construction. In addition to estimating, he has held positions in preconstruction, project management, and engineering. He attended Northeastern University, earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering (structural & geotechnical).
