The St. Albans State Office Building and City Parking Garage project has been an unqualified success, and a portion of that success is attributable to the dedication and hard work of the employees of ReArch Company.

I am not sure how our project could have gone better. I expect you know how rare it is to be able to make that statement.

ReArch was the construction manager for BVHC’s renovation project. Without their guidance and expertise, we wouldn’t have the beautiful building we have today!

ReArch’s construction site is clean, organized and safe. They have made a number of proactive decisions for the betterment of the State’s project that we do not see other construction managers make. Estimating exercises are equally detailed and proactively inform preconstruction design decisions resulting in met expectations and proven accuracy come final bids. The Wentworth Housing projects blower door test was tied for first out of all the buildings we have tested in New England for air tightness, with an air infiltration rate of 0.0375 CFM50/sf.

As a prime subcontractor that has worked on many projects with ReArch, we find their commitment to safety to be far above their peers. Whether it is new construction or renovation; and especially within historic and occupied facilities, they understand what it means to work safe, stay safe, and think safe. ReArch differentiated themselves by the phasing plans they brought to the table before meeting us. The phasing plan made it clear they had done their homework and there was a lot of thought, and the plan made a lot of intuitive sense to us as educators.

ReArch does a great job coordinating their subcontractors, they have a positive relationship with subcontractors which is definitely a big benefit to the owner.

ReArch has always been out in front of issues. If there is a problem and I call, they already have the options and answers for me.

ReArch was a key partner in the beginning phase of the project before we ever had a budget put together and built the estimate with the Architect. We made a wise choice in selecting ReArch and we are planning to use them on other City projects.
