About Adrienne

Adrienne is a 2004 graduate of Syracuse University from which she received a degree in fine arts with a focus on surface pattern design.  Her responsibilities at ReArch Company include working with the Manager of Business Development to brand and advertise construction, real estate, and property management developments, as well as generating all marketing collateral such as logos, brochures, direct mailings, invitations, signage, etc.  Adrienne’s ability to create thoughtful and evocative imagery in association with ReArch’s projects directly relates to increased market visibility and sales opportunities.

Prior to joining ReArch Company, Adrienne served as Assistant Creative Director for Sullivan Private Label in Springfield, MA from 2004 until 2007.  Her duties there revolved around assisting the Creative Director in overseeing the art department’s creation of custom and retail wrapping paper lines, and gift accessories such as ribbons, ornaments, and gift bags.  Her list of clients included Macy’s, Dillard’s, Wal-Mart, and Things Remembered.

Personal

Adrienne lives in Middlebury with her husband John and their two children.  She is exceptionally active in her local community including volunteering her time with the Better Middlebury Partnership to enhance business opportunities and to make Middlebury a better community in which to live.

In addition to providing executive level leadership for ReArch, Bert also provides preconstruction, estimating, and project management services.

About Beth

With over ten years of experience in the construction industry, Beth applies her attention to detail and excellent communication skills to some of our most complicated projects.  Beth’s key responsibilities include subcontractor selection and bidding, project logistics and phasing, scheduling, cost control, document control, overall project quality control, and managing the weekly meetings for the entire project team.  Beth also establishes early relationships with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the overall success of each project.

Experience

Beth is a 2005 graduate of Clarkson University where she earned a B.S. in Construction Management and a 2010 graduate of Bentley University where she received her MBA in Management and Real Estate.  Beth has spent a majority of her career working in the Boston area managing large healthcare/life science and higher education projects.  She spent two years working as an owner’s representative at Harvard Business School, managing over $35M of their capital projects.  In early 2014, Beth returned to the Vermont construction market and continues to work on challenging and notable projects across the state and northern New England.

About Christa

Christa’s financial tracking and forecasting skills made her a natural fit in assuming the Controller position at ReArch.  Her current duties include setting company financial policy and recommending courses of action to ensure ReArch Company’s continued fiscal health, as well as working directly with Project Managers to track job costs and subcontractor and vendor payment requests.   Christa also oversees human resources and the hiring of all new employees.  With over 20 years of accounting experience Christa has a keen eye for detail and is an integral member of the ReArch team.

 Experience

As ReArch Company’s Controller, Christa Vandevord oversees all job cost accounting and financial functions, including performing regular company reviews.  After graduating from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Accounting she held positions as an Accounting Manager for a national bakery and delicatessen chain, as an Accountant for a CPA firm, and then as a Controller for a Canadian-based building materials distribution company.

Personal

Christa and her husband Kirk live in Essex.  When she’s not at work Christa loves being outside, whether it be kayaking, running, or riding one of the two horses she owns.

Dan Donegan

Facilities Manager and MEP Coordinator

About Dan

Dan Donegan joined the ReArch Company team in 2008, bringing over two decades of facilities management and electrical contracting experience with him.  As a licensed Master Electrician, Dan’s evaluation and trouble shooting skills are integral to the smooth operation and tenant retention of ReArch Company’s property management clients including over 400,000 square feet of existing mixed-use commercial space at the Technology Park business campus in South Burlington, Vermont and the mixed-use and historic Monadnock Mills redevelopment in Claremont, New Hampshire.

Experience

Prior to joining ReArch Company, Dan served as Manufacturing Systems Engineer for Burton Snowboards.  In his thirteen year tenure with Burton his duties ranged from managing the development and implementation of new manufacturing and R&D equipment to the actual design of machine motion and control systems that the company continues to use domestically and internationally.  He successfully managed a core team of maintenance workers, machinists, and fabricators, and accurately developed and oversaw an annual operating budget.

Upon joining ReArch, Dan has streamlined the maintenance process at Technology Park, and applied a hands-on approach to tenant relations.  As Facilities Manager, Dan currently services clients as diverse as the University of Vermont, Keurig Green Mountain, Fletcher Allen Health Care, MBA Resources, and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.  His ability to multi-task and experienced professionalism allows Technology Park to run smoothly and remain one of the region’s most innovative and technologically progressive business environments.

As Owner of ReArch Company, John keeps in close communication with President Bert DeLaBruere to ensure the goals and standards he has established are followed through on an everyday basis.  John is an active and hands-on owner and a proponent of sustainable design and construction practices, which he keeps current on through his attendance at seminars and educational events.  Under his direction, ReArch Company has become an area leader in the construction of LEED certified architecture.

In addition to his role at ReArch Company John serves as Managing Partner for Technology Park Partners (TPP), and Sugar River Mills Redevelopment, LLC.  TPP are the owners of Technology Park, a 177-acre business campus in South Burlington, VT that features industry leading tenants such as Keurig Green Mountain, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, and The SymQuest Group.  Sugar River Mills Redevelopment, LLC is the development company behind the renovation and rehabilitation of a sprawling historic mill complex in Claremont, NH that includes a boutique inn and Class A commercial office space. As Business Development Manager at ReArch Company, John works to identify, vet and pursue new real estate development and commercial construction projects. Experience

A 2008 graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol , RI, John graduated with a degree in Construction Management. He has a broad range of experience in commercial construction.  John previously served as a project manager for Associated Building Specialties, a $14 MM specialties contractor out of Denver, CO.  Prior to ABS, John worked as a project estimator for Colorado Specialties also out of Denver.

Assistant Project Manager

About Majken

Majken joined the ReArch Company in October 2013 as an Assistant Project Manager. Majken works with the project manager and superintendent to ensure that continuous communication and proper documentation are in place for all members of the project team. Her day-to-day responsibilities include compiling and organizing project documents throughout each phase, project pricing, creating owner and subcontractor contracts, reviewing subcontractor submittals and shop drawings for compliance with the project’s plans and specifications, processing requests for information, material orders, creating change estimates and subcontractor change orders, and producing operations and maintenance manuals.

Experience

Prior to ReArch Company, Majken spent 3 years working as a Project Manager for a residential design/build company located in Shelburne, VT.

Personal

Majken and her husband, Josh, are enthusiastic about fitness and enjoy participating in obstacle races throughout the East Coast. She has a number of races in her calendar and hopes to achieve the Spartan Trifecta.

Majken gives back to the community by volunteering with Potter’s Angels Rescue and Passion 4 Paws; advertising animals in need of forever homes and coordinating fundraising events to help connect animals with potential adopters. Majken and her husband also foster animals in need, specializing in bully breeds that come in needing extra care and support.

About Scott

Scott joined ReArch Company in 2011 as Assistant Project Manager.  Some of Scott’s responsibilities include reviewing subcontractor’s submittals and shop drawings for compliance with the projects plans and specifications, processing request for information, subcontractor change orders, project pricing and proposals, working with the owner and architect, assisting the project manager and superintendent, and managing the LEED certification & documentation process.  While at ReArch, Scott has successfully worked on the 54,000 square foot LEED Gold certified corporate offices of Keurig Green Mountain; the Keurig Green Mountain corporate data center; and the renovations and improvements to the Simon Pearce restaurant and retail facility in Quechee, Vermont; amongst others.

 Experience

Scott is a 2011 graduate of Vermont Technical College where he earned an A.E. degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a B.S. degree in Construction Management.  While attending college, Scott worked for Pike Industries, one of the leading highway contractors in New England.  At Pike, Scott started out as an intern and eventually reached the role of project manager on highway projects reaching $6MM.  After graduation, Scott left Vermont for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Baltimore, Maryland where he worked as a Field Engineer.  While in Baltimore, Scott worked on a $30MM segregation and retrofit of a laboratory & vaccination manufacturing facility.

About Steve

As a ReArch Company Superintendent, Steve is responsible for the day to day site operations of a project, from pre-construction to the post-construction phases.  He is responsible for enforcing the project’s safety standards as well as effectively communicating progress and updates to the architects, subcontractors, Project Manager, and ultimately the Owner.  Steve has three decades of commercial construction experience and is highly adept at keeping projects on track, maintaining quality and site safety and effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders.

Experience

Steve has successfully managed a variety of significant projects for ReArch Company including the fast track construction of the 54,500 square foot LEED Gold certified executive offices of Keurig Green Mountain; the University of Vermont College of Medicine’s Clinical Simulation Center; the corporate headquarters of Gallagher, Flynn & Company; and the 22,000 square foot LEED Silver certified IT division of Keurig Green Mountain; amongst others.

Personal

Outside of work, Steve devotes a great deal of time volunteering within his local community. He is currently President of the Isle La Motte Volunteer Fire Company, which he has been a member for nearly 30 years, four of those years served as Fire Chief. Steve has a great passion for the outdoors, including sugarmaking, hunting, fishing and camping with his wife Krista and two adult children Cody and Jesse. Steve also looks forward to spending time on the beaches of Maine and rooting for the Red Sox and Bruins.
